All prices quoted exclude VAT and may be subject to change

All work will be invoiced on completion and the total due on the invoice is payable within 7 days of the date of the invoice unless you have a full credit account with Hi-Tec Drains. If not paid within this time then interest will be charged at 3% per month.

Our prices for Blocked Drains are fixed regardless of how long it takes to complete the job. If the drain cannot be cleared using rodding and jetting then the customer must pay a fixed abortive fee of £60 + VAT, and we will  quote for further necessary work before continuing.

Our repair work is guaranteed against defects for 10 years (however this does not apply to blockages.) and excludes impact or damage caused by other excavation work. It also does not apply to jetting. The guarantee is only valid if we are notified, under no circumstances will money be paid to a third party unless by prior agreement with ourselves.
